Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use Twisted Quest only if you meet TikTok's minimum age requirements in your region and can legally agree to these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must obtain it before using the game. If you do not agree, do not use Twisted Quest.

2. The service

Twisted Quest is an action adventure delivered through TikTok Mini Games. Players circle the arena, activate weapons and abilities, defend their position, collect in-game rewards, and progress through waves of enemies. Features may vary by device, TikTok version, region, network, and service availability.

3. Limited license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Twisted Quest for lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and TikTok's rules. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate advertising or purchase rewards, or interfere with fair play;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create unauthorized derivative versions of the game except where applicable law expressly permits;
• circumvent security, access controls, regional restrictions, payment controls, or platform review mechanisms;
• introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape the service, or disrupt another person's use;
• use the game for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity; or
• misrepresent affiliation with us, TikTok, or another person.

5. Advertising and rewarded content

The game may display rewarded video and interstitial advertisements provided through TikTok. A rewarded advertisement may provide an in-game benefit only when the game receives confirmation that the required viewing conditions were completed. Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may differ by region or device.

6. Optional purchases and virtual items

Optional in-game purchases may be available through TikTok in supported regions and on supported devices. The price, currency, and item will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed through TikTok or its payment providers and may also be subject to their terms. Except where applicable law or platform rules require otherwise, completed purchases are final. Refund requests should be submitted through the purchase channel or by contacting us.

Coins, abilities, rewards, purchased items, progress, and other virtual game elements have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money. We may adjust virtual items when reasonably necessary to operate, balance, secure, or comply with legal requirements for the game, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

7. Local progress

Game progress and settings are generally stored locally in the TikTok Mini Game environment. Local progress may be lost if you clear application data, change devices, uninstall TikTok, or experience a device or platform failure. Because Twisted Quest does not operate its own gameplay-account backend, we do not guarantee restoration of local progress.

8. TikTok and third-party services

The game depends on TikTok and infrastructure providers. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. TikTok is not a party to this User Agreement, and we are not responsible for independent TikTok features, advertising content, payment services, third-party websites, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

Twisted Quest, including its software, artwork, text, audio, designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to YoudianhaowanTechnology Co., Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

10. Updates, availability, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the game or comply with legal or platform requirements. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated. You may stop using the game at any time and clear locally stored data using available TikTok or device controls.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Quest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, advertisement or purchase availability, compatibility, or preservation of progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of progress, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by TikTok, third-party advertising or payment services, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, platform, or law changes. We will revise the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the game after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher and your use of the service, without limiting mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.
